Nicole Darroch, from Ambridge/Baden Area School District, has made the list of 12 finalists of PA Teacher of the Year. She was nominated for PA Teacher of the Year after receiving the BCET Teacher of the Year award at the Coming Together for Education event held by the BCET in May 2019. For more than 20 years, Beaver County Educational Trust has awarded mini-grants to area teachers to launch innovative classroom projects or expand curriculum that otherwise might not develop because of limited school budgets.
