Freshly added trustee, Karen Hatton-Mihalic joined the BCET to give voice to her fellow educators. With her many years of teaching in the Beaver Area School District, she believes she is the right person for the job.
Further, she hopes to continue bridging the gap of education to work for Beaver County students. It is no wonder, her favorite BCET program is Beaver County Works #STEMSTRONG, which aims to inform at risk students about skills needed for current local career paths.
