Bruce Fleming moved back to Beaver County after attending Columbia University in NY. He found work with Bovard-Anderson in Beaver upon his return. Mr. Fleming joined the board back in 2016 at the urging of his employer, Ed McLaughlin, who served for over 25 years.
Married to a Beaver Area School District teacher, Bruce has an intimate connection to the needs of local teachers. He sits on both the marketing committee and the fundraising committee and has been instrumental in increasing donations to the organization. The BCET counts itself lucky to have him as a trustee.
